Rest ~ “You’ve been working hard. Take a nap and get some rest.”
Pretty self explaining, so we are asked to rest. Some of us with worries swirling around in our head can focus on our breathing to quiet the worry down and rest. Try listening to soft, relaxing music or ocean sounds. Some may decide to lay down for naps during the day. While the resting is happening, rejuvenation, healing of our DNA is happening. Know we are protected while we rest. Some may wish to Smudge before bedtime to help with sleep. Some may need magnesium to help with sleep, epsom salt baths can help, as well as eating or drinking green smoothies and/or juices. Some who live seasonal affective disorders can look at pictures of greenery or have an indoor garden to help. There are those who feel unproductive by taking a nap, know you are doing a lot at a cellular level while you rest and you will wake up even more energetic and inspired.
