Mahavatar Babaji ~ Soul Expansion ~ Your consciousness is expanding. You understand the connections between all things.
We’ve had similar cards over the past 2 days regarding the expansion of consciousness. This is an effect of Uranus going direct on January 2nd. There are messages coming in at night – pay attention to your dreams. Watch for the synchronicities, patterns and you can understand how it all connects. Take some time for meditation to find peace, calm and to release tension. There are throat chakra upgrades happening, as well. You might find you are clearing in that area. Drinking water with lemon will help with mucus. You might also find your breathing is affected. Try eucalyptus essential oil in a diffuser. If you would like to use on the skin, use a carrier oil such as rosehip, coconut oil, etc, but even olive oil will work. I sometimes add to a spray bottle of water and mist it around my space. I even add to baking soda and sprinkle on my carpet before vacuuming to freshen up my space. Good stones to work with now are lapiz and turquoise. You are becoming more aware of your multi-dimensionality. Shoulders and back may also be affected now but taking time to relax can help.
