Today’s card of the day comes from Zerner-Farber deck.
9 ~ The Hermit ~ Reversed
I think the Hermit in the tarot is a call to spend some time alone to go within and reflect. Because this is in reverse, I am sensing some may be stuck in their own thoughts. It may be a good idea to spend some time with others. It might help to go outside of yourself and realize there are others who are going through similar situations or even worse. There may be some energies present causing this, remember when we get the energies coming in the crown, the energies can be grounded into the earth. Sometimes if we don’t take time to ground, it can lead to negative thinking. The thoughts can be along the line of paranoia, thinking people are against you, thinking others are purposely trying to cause you harm when they are just trying to live their life, etc. None of it is the truth. Some may be feeling depression, anxiety, lonely. Check in with yourself and see what’s going on emotionally. Some may be feeling they are alone in their journey. When you are feeling lonely, a good idea is be around other people. If you are feeling that no one gets you, find others with similar interests. There may be some that need some space. If you are feeling like you just can’t get some time for yourself, try to find some time and a place to breathe – even for a moment. Anyway, watch your thoughts and thinking – get back into heart space – feeling compassion, gratitude, and love towards yourself and others. I am seeing the need for grounding and spending time in nature. It might be too cold to go outside, think about bringing nature into your space with plants, pets, stones, natural materials. For those of you who are artists, try painting nature scenes, trees especially. Take a look back at the past few cards of the day for more advice to help with these energies, drink lots of water, self- care, journalling, meditation, Smudge, prayer, seeing someone for energy healing, mental health professionals – all these will help. Look for the 9’s today.
Thanks for reading, have an awesome day!
